Any *new pair of Artemis Boots may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 14 days from the day they were delivered. After 14 days returns are for exchange or credit only. Store credits can be used to purchase any stock or special order item, including custom orders placed in-store. Store credits do not expire and are transferable. Refunds issued are upon Manager's approval only. We want our customers to love our products and your satisfaction is our priority. We are confident in the quality and workmanship of our products and will make every reasonable effort to ensure your satisfaction.
